That’s why we’re looking for a skilled Tech Lead to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our core banking platform, ensuring our solutions remain scalable, secure, and cutting-edge.
You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary squad that owns the mid-office domain of our platform. You will be working on everything from defining new features to delivering them into production.
As a Tech Lead, you’ll split your time between hands-on development and leadership. About 60% of your work will involve coding, while the rest will focus on guiding our developers, leading one-on-ones and team direction.
Our platform runs on AWS. We buit it with Java and Spring. If you enjoy creating clean, powerful systems and working with Spring Boot, Terraform, and Terragrunt, this is the place for you.
