Briefing
As our Hospitality Associate, you’ll be the heart of our Bratislava office, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. You’ll balance hospitality and organization—making sure our people have what they need and our guests enjoy their visits.

You’ll own daily office operations: managing supplies, scheduling deliveries, taking care of meeting rooms, organizing breakfasts, lunches, and employee events. You’ll also bring your sense of order and creativity to internal celebrations—from Christmas parties to summer gatherings.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across the company (HR, IT, Finance, and more), arrange business travel, and support a variety of facilities projects. You’ll be surrounded by a friendly, international team in our 14th-floor Lakeside Park office—with one of the best views of Bratislava.

About You
  • You have experience in office management, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • You are reliable, proactive, and take pride in helping others.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in Slovak and English.
  • You have an eye for detail and a discreet, professional approach.
  • You are comfortable using digital collaboration tools (Teams, Confluence, etc.).
