You’ll play an important role in making sure Ohpen can continue its growth in the savings and investments technology market.
Briefing
As a Client Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Client Leads, focusing on monthly reporting, meeting preparation, invoicing for clients, and internal projects while continuously learning on the job.  

You will ensure consistency between processes for all clients, improving and organizing internal processes in order to support the Client Leads. You will balance client-facing interactions with a strong support role, ensuring efficient and consistent commercial processes across teams and geographies.  

Success in this role comes down to effectively managing expectations, clearly defining what we can and cannot deliver and you have a pro-active and self-starting mindset. 

Plus, with our on-the-job training, you’ll have all the support you need to continuously grow, refine your skills, and make a real impact. From this role Ohpen offers the opportunity to grow into a Client Lead or another role in the longer term.
About You
  • You have 2-4 years' experience in a client facing role, such as sales development representative or business development representative.
  • You have a track record of building and maintaining client relationships and interactions with diverse stakeholders, preferably in the financial sector.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have an excellent command of English.
  • You excel in communication, are highly reliable, and bring a strong commercially driven mindset.
  • You thrive in hybrid work environment and are excited about the opportunity to collaborate in person at our Amsterdam office.
