As a Tech Lead .NET, you will lead one of our agile cross-functional squads with full end-to-end ownership of a domain within our platform. You will guide your team in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native systems that are secure, scalable, and resilient.

This role sits within our Investments product engineering team, working on our Savings & Investments Platform across distributed teams in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bratislava, and Zilina. 
You will play a pivotal role in architectural decision-making, mentoring engineers, and ensuring operational excellence for the systems your team develops. This includes conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving innovation while maintaining high performance and availability standards.

• You have extensive experience leading software teams in delivering high-quality solutions while mentoring team members to foster technical excellence.
• You have hands-on experience building secure public-facing APIs that are highly available and easy to integrate with.
• You excel in .NET backend development with strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS preferred), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and Python scripting for automation.
• You care deeply about what you’re building and why it matters as much as how you build it—proposing architectural enhancements to keep platforms on the cutting edge of FinTech.
• You are clear communicator with professional command of English.
