This is an exciting and dynamic role, blending the best of both worlds as an Implementation Specialist and Operations Officer. While your primary focus will be on implementation, you’ll also step in to handle operations tasks whenever needed, offering you a diverse and challenging experience. 

In addition to your implementation expertise, we’re looking for someone with an understanding of investments and savings products.

You’ll be responsible for guiding our B2B clients through the process of implementing our solution, helping them successfully transition to the Ohpen Platform. 

• You have 3-5 years’ experience in projects, implementations, or operations
• You have a technical/functional/economic background and are interested in technical transition and migration
• You have experience working in the financial sector
• You are curious and have a strong desire to learn and improve
• You can take initiative, propose new ideas and ask questions 
• You are comfortable communicating with relevant stakeholders
• You are a fan of a hybrid working culture and are encouraged to be a frequent visitor of our beautiful office located in the heart of Amsterdam
• You have a minimum educational level of HBO (Higher Professional Education).
