Ohpen is looking for an Operations Officer to join our office in Amsterdam and closely collaborate with our Operations Lead and the wider Implementations team.

Briefing
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily process flows outsourced to Ohpen, ensuring smooth back-office operations for our BPO clients—both locally and globally. 

You'll be at the heart of operations, managing client propositions and configuration on the Ohpen platform, and handling corporate actions and reconciliation —all to ensure efficient workflows. Alignment with our clients and third parties will be your daily responsibility.  

You’ll also take the lead in coordinating monthly acceptance testing for new platform releases. 

In this role, your reliability and attention to detail will make all the difference. You'll be the driving force behind accurate operations, ensuring every process runs with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence

A smooth onboarding will be granted via training on the job. 
About You
  • You are at the beginning of your careeor have up to 3 years’ experience in an operations role within the financial sector or you have relevant educational background with similar internship/traineeship experience 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You are reliable, responsible and collaborative
  • You are a fan of a hybrid working culture and are encouraged to be a frequent visitor of our beautiful office located in the heart of Amsterdam
  • You have a minimum educational level of HBO (Higher Professional Education).
