Your team
You'll join a small Operations team consisting of two senior specialists. We value ownership, initiative, and collaboration. You'll receive coaching and support while having the autonomy to take responsibility for your work - without micromanagement.
What you'll do
You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of back-office operations for our domestic and international BPO clients. Alongside running daily operations, you'll also support the onboarding of new clients.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing inbound and outbound payments through the Ohpen Platform
- Managing investment fund orders and NAV processing
- Performing operational reconciliations
- Coordinating monthly acceptance testing for new platform releases
- Monitoring and improving daily operational processes
