We’re looking for a
Sales Support Specialist to support our expanding sales operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our commercial processes run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently across teams and geographies, with a particular focus on tasks such as RFP/RFI responses, sales reporting, presentations, and leveraging Salesforce to drive results.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage RFP/RFI Responses: Collaborate with sales leads to coordinate and refine responses that exceed client expectations.
- Prepare Sales Presentations: Design and deliver compelling presentations to support client meetings and internal sales discussions.
- Support for Demos: Assist in preparing and organizing materials and logistics for product demonstrations.
- Salesforce Management: Ensure Salesforce is used effectively, maintain data accuracy, and implement best practices to optimize sales workflows.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and provide actionable insights for the team.
- Sales Operations Support: Keep track of action items, manage workflows, and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Marketing Support: create sales materials, campaigns, and initiatives to drive customer engagement.
