You’ll be at the forefront of working with our UK clients – ensuring we continually improve our solutions and services as we onboard new clients.
Your role will be key in identifying challenges, driving improvements, and ensuring our clients maximize the value of our technology, as we work to build the best broker and mortgage origination solution and mortgage servicing platform in the UK market.
You will initially be expected to be onsite at our launch client's offices in London around three days per week, to work with them to identify areas of further digitalisation/improvement that we can implement for them and the 3 clients currently being onboarded.
As a Customer Success Lead at Ohpen, you’ll elevate customer satisfaction among UK clients by partnering with the Head of Client Management and spending substantial onsite time to own our UK service delivery.
You’ll manage escalations and live issues, becoming the primary point of contact and building strong client relationships.
This role allows you to own issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption for clients, drive improvements, while also reporting on SLAs and proactively addressing any deviations.
