As Client Support Specialist your mission will be actively communicate with our clients and help them resolve technical issues. Most of the tasks will be concluded through the ticketing system or email but sometimes there’s a need to pick up the phone and therefore, English is essential.
You’d be joining our team, after one of our colleagues is promoted to new role and will show you the way around our Support Desk Department.
After learning about our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, you’ll be responsible for properly documenting, managing and resolving the clients’ queries. You’ll be also communicating the results and together with your team you’ll be working on various tasks at once in our growing environment
