Briefing
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that
drive business performance and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with clients as their "sparring partner," helping them maximize value from our cloud-based SaaS Core Banking Engine.
- Understand customer needs and align them with Ohpen's current product portfolio to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the implementation of new systems, enhancements, or process improvements related to mortgage and financial service products.
- Advise customers on process improvements to enhance their overall experience.
- Act as a bridge between the technical development team and client stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are translated into functional requirements.
- Leverage your mortgage industry expertise to analyse and address client-specific needs, providing insightful recommendations.
About You
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in a technology-driven environment.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on mortgages.
- Ability to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Preferred Skills - Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS solutions, especially within financial technology.
- Familiarity with Core Banking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive successful outcomes in complex environments.
